Our Story. After twenty years of success and rapid growth in the southern California spa industry, Burke Williams faced a new set of challenges. We needed a software program that could effectively manage our existing operations and continue to grow with us as expansion dictated. Unable to find such a program in the marketplace, we turned inward. We assembled a team of software designers who, under the direction of our operations and client impact teams, created, tested and installed a state of the art solution, FTS2.
